Where do I open SEO Grid?
From Shopify Admin → Apps → SEO Grid. The app opens in a new browser tab at https://seo-grid.k2.digital/. See Install.
Can I ask about Shopify even if my question is not about SEO Grid?
Yes. Email tech@k2.digital on business days (HKT). We typically begin with about 30 minutes of focused help and take longer when you need it — advisory support stays free.
Why was I redirected to a plan / pricing page when opening the app?
SEO Grid uses Shopify App Pricing. After install, or if a subscription lapses, Shopify sends the store admin to choose or renew a plan before using the app. The public plan is Basic at USD $6/month with a 3-day free trial. See Billing and Troubleshooting.
Does SEO Grid store my product SEO in your database?
No. SEO fields are read and written through the Shopify Admin API. SEO Grid stores only shop install data (OAuth tokens, billing cache) needed to run the app — see Privacy policy.
